At the conclusion of the 2025 ANNIKA WAPT season, five exceptional players stood on the cusp of achieving their LPGA golfing dreams. Throughout the season, these talented athletes fiercely competed in the Callaway Race To Qualifying, driven by their unwavering determination to secure one of the top five positions in the standings.
These coveted spots offered not only advancement to the LPGA Qualifying but also a Callaway Scholarship, providing much-needed financial support to cover qualifying fees and alleviate the financial strain associated with pursuing their golfing aspirations.
The journey to this momentous occasion was far from easy. The ANNIKA WAPT season is renowned for its competitive nature and demanding schedule, requiring players to exhibit their skills on various courses and in diverse conditions. However, these five players demonstrated unwavering determination and remarkable consistency throughout the year, showcasing their abilities and potential as rising stars in the world of golf.

Exploring the Top Five Performers in the Callaway Race To Qualifying
Hailey Jones, from Dallas, Texas, transitioned to the professional ranks in 2024 following a standout collegiate career. Raised in a golfing family, she was introduced to the sport at an early age by her father, who built her first set of custom clubs. She developed her game as a three-time Rolex AJGA All-American before playing NCAA Division I golf at Oklahoma State University, where she secured her first career college victory at the 2021 Dale McNamara Invitational. Jones later transferred to Texas State University as a graduate student, wrapping up her collegiate tenure by winning the 2024 Sun Belt Conference Individual Championship and earning the Sun Belt Newcomer of the Year honors.
During the 2025 ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour (WAPT) season, Jones established herself as one of the tour's most dominant rising stars by leading the money list and holding the No. 1 spot in the Callaway Race to Qualifying standings. She became the tour’s only repeat winner of the season, capturing her first professional title at the FCA Women’s Championship in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, with a 9-under par finish, followed by a second Sooner State victory at the GCBHS Real Okie Championship. Alongside two victories and five additional top-5 finishes on the WAPT, she proved her readiness for higher-level tours by finishing tied for 6th at the Epson Tour's Dream First Bank Charity Classic. Megan Osland is a seasoned Canadian professional golfer from Kelowna, British Columbia, known across the golf community for her remarkable career resilience and longevity. She developed her elite competitive drive playing NCAA Division I golf at San Jose State University, where she served as team captain, won two individual tournament titles, and earned First-Team All-Mountain West honors during her standout 2014–15 senior season. Turning professional shortly after, the left-handed golfer spent a decade testing her skills across various global circuits, including the Epson Tour, the Cactus Tour, and multiple appearances in the U.S. Women's Open.
The 2025 ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour (WAPT) season served as a massive career breakthrough for Osland, who put together one of the most consistent and dominant summers of her career. Demonstrating stellar composure, she made 11 out of 12 cuts, securing five top-5 finishes and a top-10 finish. The crown jewel of her season came at the St. Louis Women's Championship, where she fired an exceptional 7-under par 65 in the opening round—highlighted by a spectacular streak of seven consecutive birdies—and closed out the final hole with a birdie to claim the championship trophy at 8-under par. Capping off her season with a tie for second at the WAPT Tour Championship, Osland locked up the No. 2 spot in the season-long Callaway Race to Qualifying standings. This coveted finish fully covered her LPGA Q-School entry fees and granted her a direct exemption to Stage 2, where she successfully advanced all the way to the Final Stage of the LPGA Q-Series.
Ellie Slama, Salem, Oregon, is recognized for rewrite-heavy records during her collegiate career. Introduced to golf at just two years old, she established herself as a standout amateur, winning multiple Oregon Junior Amateur titles and high school state championships. She went on to play NCAA Division I golf at Oregon State University, where she became the most decorated player in the program's history. Slama concluded her five-year tenure with a 72.95 stroke average, holding school records for the lowest single round (66), lowest three-round total (205), and most career top-10 finishes (14). She officially turned professional in September 2022, making her debut at the LPGA's Portland Classic.
The 2025 ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour (WAPT) season served as a monumental milestone for Slama, who combined immense consistency with an authoritative breakthrough victory. Competing in grueling conditions that featured triple-digit summer heat and multiple tornado warnings, she displayed elite precision by making a perfect 10-for-10 cuts on the tour. Her season highlight came in June at the Children's Hospital of Illinois Championship in Metamora, Illinois, where she fired a spectacular 22-under par total to secure her very first professional title. Backed by four top-10 finishes and three top-5 finishes throughout the season, Slama concluded her stellar year ranked 3rd in the overall WAPT points standings. Jean Reynolds is a highly experienced American professional golfer from Newnan, Georgia, widely respected for her longevity, consistency, and unique path in competitive golf. After a standout junior career that included five Georgia State Golf Association titles and a quarterfinal appearance at the 2002 U.S. Girls' Junior, she was recruited to play for the University of Georgia. She famously stepped away from competitive golf during college to pursue a conventional campus experience, returning to the sport with a refreshed mindset after graduating in 2007. Turning professional in 2008, Reynolds won twice on the LPGA Futures Tour (now the Epson Tour) in 2009 and went on to compete at the highest levels, including multiple appearances in the U.S. Women's Open.

Her season highlight came in July at the Texarkana Children’s Charities Open, where she fired an impressive 10-under par total across 72 holes and secured an exciting playoff victory with a birdie on the second extra hole. Thanks to her steady point accumulation, Reynolds finished the season ranked 4th overall in the Callaway Race to Qualifying standings. This top-5 finish earned her a coveted exemption to skip the opening stage of LPGA Q-School, fully funding her entry fees and advancing her directly into Stage II.
Jackie Lucena is an American professional golfer from Jacksonville, Florida, who built an impressive competitive résumé at the highest levels of collegiate and amateur golf. She initially played NCAA Division I golf for UC Davis, where she secured First-Team All-Big West honors and posted a single-season 72.53 scoring average—the second-lowest in program history. Lucena later transferred to the University of Florida as a graduate student, anchoring the Gators' lineup across back-to-back seasons, earning SEC Academic Honor Roll recognition, and finishing runner-up at the prestigious Windy City Classic. Before turning professional in mid-2024, she also left her mark on the amateur circuit by capturing the 2023 Northern California Women's Amateur Championship and reaching the finals of the 2020 Women's Western Amateur.

Her crowning achievement came in May at the United Way Classic at Hardscrabble Country Club, where she rolled in an eight-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole of the final round to secure her first professional victory. Backed by four additional top-10 finishes throughout the summer, Lucena concluded her stellar season ranked No. 5 overall in the final Callaway Race to Qualifying standings. This top-5 milestone earned her a coveted exemption to skip the opening stage of LPGA Q-School, advancing her straight to Stage II and preparing her for a full transition to the Epson Tour.
Callaway Race To Qualifying Program
Callaway Race To Qualifying is a season-long points race for ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour members. Top finishers advance to LPGA Qualifying School and receive scholarships for entry fees. In 2024, players finishing 6th through 10th will also receive entry fee scholarships for Pre-Qualifying.
ANNIKA WAPT History
In 2019, K&G Sports LLC launched the Women's All-Pro Tour (WAPT), which partnered with the LPGA's Epson Tour to provide playing opportunities for advancement. In 2021, the partnership expanded with the inception of the Race To Qualifying program, rewarding the top five points winners with exemptions directly to Q2 of the LPGA Qualifying School.
In July 2023, a pivotal announcement was made: World Golf Hall of Famer Annika Sörenstam and the WAPT would form a strategic alliance, commencing in 2024. As a result, the Women's All-Pro Tour would be renamed the ANNIKA Women's All-Pro Tour. This tour distinguishes itself by conducting only 72-hole championships, complemented by a full week of activities such as parties, clinics, and pro-ams.
