US RESTORATION NORTHSHORE CHAMPIONSHIP First Glance
(Mandeville, LA) - The ANNIKA Women’s All Pro Tour will be in Mandeville, Louisiana for the US Restoration Northshore Championship. This is the third year Beau Chene Country Club will be hosting the ANNIKA WAPT.

Abbey Daniel (Covington, LA) stemmed from Mississippi State University, where she showcased her talents as she helped guide MSU to its fourth NCAA Championship appearance (2022-23), including the team’s first regional victory. Before turning professional in 2023, Daniel appeared in playing fields for events including the USGA Am (2022,2019) and US Open (2021). Despite having played on the ANNIKA WAPT for three events during last year’s season, this will be the first time playing in a professional event in her hometown.
Josee Doyon (Canada) Kent State alum, is currently in her seventh year as a professional golfer and will be looking to redeem herself from last year’s event. During the 2023 US Restoration Northshore Championship, Doyon found herself in a playoff with Yiyi Liu, but lost on the 6th hole taking the second place spot. However, she went on to finish out the season making six out of the eight tournament cuts, including a 3rd place finish at the 2023 Heritage Classic with a season-low, 63 during the third round.
Last Year’s Champion:
Yiyi Liu (China) was crowned champion after a six-hole playoff, alternating between holes #1 and #9. With Doyon and Liu finishing at 5-under for the tournament, the pair set off to play hole #1. However, as both refused to let off the pedal, they found themselves alternating between holes #1 and #9 before crowning Liu as champion. Liu finished the season as 13th on the money list, taking home $13,956.25. She then went on to showcase her skills on the Epson Tour, making 12 out of 18 cuts, ending the 2023 season with $40,445 in earnings. Liu also recorded three top 10 finishes including a season-best sixth place result at the IOA Golf Classic.
